At Margaret Parkes Therapy, I believe that effective counselling is founded on respect, warmth, and trust, coupled with a gentle but encouraging approach. I understand that it's the authentic, interactive relationship between therapist and client that paves the way for transformative change.
With this guiding philosophy, I've had the privilege of assisting countless individuals, couples, families, and organisations in realising positive and timely change in their lives.
