INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
At the heart of my counselling approach is the creation of a safe and confidential space where both adults and young people, including teenagers, can find trust and comfort.
This environment allows clients to embark on a journey of self-exploration, embracing their true selves, while also taking responsibility for behaviors that may be causing them difficulties and warrant change.
Empowering Authenticity
My role as a counsellor is to offer understanding and support as clients navigate the path towards expressing their authentic selves to the world. I believe in helping clients discover their voices and remain true to themselves.
Objectives of the Therapy
The primary objective of my therapy work is to assist clients in recognizing unhelpful thought patterns that lead to destructive feelings and behaviors, ultimately resulting in difficulties.
Through the therapeutic process, clients begin to reshape their thinking, breaking free from being products of their past and instead becoming authors of their own choices. This transformation empowers them to move forward in life, experiencing a sense of fulfillment and empowerment.
